Can I use Tritmo for free?
Yes. The free mobile plan includes 3 active projects, up to 5 active subprojects per project, the timer, manual entries, history, reports, CSV exports and local backups. Premium adds unlimited projects and subprojects, cloud synchronization and the web tracker.
Do I need an account right away?
You can start anonymously in the mobile app for 7 days. Link a free account after that to keep tracking with the same history. An account is needed for cloud synchronization and web access with Premium.
Can I use the web app for free?
The web tracker requires an active Premium subscription and the same linked account you use on mobile. Public support and legal pages, and account management, remain available without Premium.
What happens to my time on the free plan?
The free mobile plan keeps your tracking on your device. You can export CSV files and create local backups. Premium adds cloud synchronization, so you can access your projects and entries on your other devices.
How much does Premium cost?
The annual subscription is priced at $13.99 USD in the US. Prices in other countries depend on the store, currency and applicable taxes. Check the final price before confirming your purchase. There is no Premium free trial.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
Manage or cancel billing in Apple App Store or Google Play. You can delete your Tritmo account from the app or the account page on this website. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel billing separately to stop future renewals.
Which devices and languages are supported?
Tritmo is being prepared for iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, with the Premium tracker in web browsers. It is available in English, Spanish and French, with a worldwide release planned.
